Service department went down hill since last time I was there. Not nice now. Also tried to buy a vehicle there but better deals at larger Nissan dealers down south. Sad since this one one is near my home. Parts dept is good though.

Not much help, dont cover anything. Sells you a vehicle with wrap and dont cover it when it peels nor do they tell you how long its covered . Doesnt give you a copy of your contract. Advisors are rude

One of the worst car buying experiences I’ve ever had. Salesmen were not knowledgeable on the car whatsoever and the finance department will continue to try and upsell you on warranties and extra packages that are unnecessary.
Original price for my car online was 22.5k and after driving 3 hours when I came in they tried to sell it to me for 34k. Eventually got it down to 27k, however, did not do it without arguing for awhile.

Unprofessional & Unreliable Agreed on a price for a VW Atlas and was sent an official Buyer’s Order in the morning. Literally 10 minutes after receiving the document, I was told the car was suddenly "no longer available" and was immediately pushed to look at a completely different vehicle on their lot. Classic bait-and-switch tactics. Save yourself the time and frustration and go to a dealership that respects your time and honors their word.

My salesperson Juan G. was knowledgeable, professional, patient, and genuinely focused on making sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. He made what can sometimes be a stressful experience feel easy and straightforward.
I was looking for a good car online decided to go to southern 441 for a test drive was treated very kindly no back and fourth when it came to price and got insurance and I didn’t have to spend my whole day there.

Avoid the service team at all costs! They lost all of my business as well as all my family's business. For over 3 years, I have had my 2021 Nissan serviced there on a regular basis after moving to the area. (Nissan has always serviced my vehicle). Keep in mind, I have a 50 year old classic that I maintain myself as much as I can. So routine maintenance knowledge is something I do know. . I went in asking for 50-50 premix coolant for my 2005 Nissan Z 35th anniversary edition and the salesperson gave me full concentrate coolant. I’ve asked that “Hey I thought this was supposed to be premixed not concentrate” Salesman replied with “that’s what they use on newer cars and it’s ready to use” - I pointed out that the car that this is going into is not a 2020+ model. I’m a little bit disappointed with How that went because during the bleed procedure on the car, I had to run out and go get distilled water

This dealership lies on their reports and does not actually check vehicles thoroughly. They are taught to “assume” that work was done and move on. They checked off that my air filter was inspected, and no air filter was even in my car, leading my mass air flow sensor needing to be replaced.
