We leased a 2026 Nissan Altima when we had went in with the idea of purchasing a pre-owned. Jean was patient as we had a lot of questions and even changes during our decision making process. I intended on seeing several vehicles at different dealerships on a recent visit to WPB to purchase a vehicle. We had a reservation set up to drive the vehicle the following day, but we just happened to be in the area the night before and decided to quickly stop by to check out the car. We dealt with Ariel Mendoza and Ben. The quick visit turned into a longer process as we were completely sold on the car that night. The vehicle was exactly as described (used) and the small issues that needed to be fixed were fully disclosed up front. Ariel did a great job making the process smooth and working out a very fair deal on the vehicle. I’ve had recent experiences with other dealerships and was looking for the “hidden charges” to come. To my surprise there wasn’t one. Ariel did a great job of making us feel like we made a great choice and my daughter will be taken care of when needing maintenance. I appreciated the time they took to get it right and the constant communication I received on updates on the process from the team. Easy to recommend to others.
