Had appt for 2 PM- made a week ahead. Brought car in morning to be picked up late afternoon. No call, no text message, no email. Not that day, not next day. I called and was sent to message where it said messages were full. Called again, told they would call back- no call back. 5 hours later I called again- car not ready. Another day before it was finally done. This is a recall. If you do not have the parts, call and reschedule the appt. Rather than leaving me careless for 3 days for a 3 hour job.

Went to the dealership on a Sunday and was impressed with anything at the dealership. Friendly salesperson Ariel. He did a great job very professional and easy to talk to during the test drive. After I met with the finance manger I belive his name was Jorge? Also, very professional and and made the numbers look easy to understand with no hidden fees.

The service is great. The price for a new key fob is ridiculous at $380. But they have you over a barrel. I think dealerships should start speaking up about overly inflated prices for things like key fobs. Really, $100.00 labor!!!!

Amazing service
Bought a beautiful previously owned mint truck from them. Drove 3 hours to purchase. We love the truck, However, they promised to replace a damaged inexpensive part of the running board when we bought it. After 3 months of delay, run around and lies (including telling us they ordered the part) I have given up on receiving it. I do not recommend buying from them and will no longer do business with them! Typical used car dealership.
