. I went in asking for 50-50 premix coolant for my 2005 Nissan Z 35th anniversary edition and the salesperson gave me full concentrate coolant. I’ve asked that “Hey I thought this was supposed to be premixed not concentrate” Salesman replied with “that’s what they use on newer cars and it’s ready to use” - I pointed out that the car that this is going into is not a 2020+ model. I’m a little bit disappointed with How that went because during the bleed procedure on the car, I had to run out and go get distilled water

I had a great experience overall with Nissan. Mcervin was especially knowledgeable, accommodating, and eager to provide information and experience to help me make the best decision. The owner Mike went out of his way to accommodate me when a vehicle listed on the website that I came in to get was just sold the day before. He sat down with me, taking time out of his busy schedule to make the personal connection. One critique is how much waiting was involved to get to insurance and finance. Overall the best dealership experience I’ve had.

I went in wanting to trade in my car and the sales person Alex was absolutely great! He brought someone over from Finance I can not remember his name but I believe its started with an A he was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me on how my situation would play out and was completely transparent . Although I did not leave with a car from the dealership I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who is in the market for a new or used vehicle.

I made my purchase via text basically. It was flawless. Did everything via e-sig and online notary. My saleswoman Emily was super easy with no pressure. I told her what I wanted and needed to make the sale and she came back with it. She also took time from the sales floor where she could have been making sales and hand delivered my car. HIGHLY RECOMMEND her and her company.
