They checked the alignment, filled our washer fluid and put air in the tires before the car even made it into the shop. I’m about to be 60 years old and I’ve went to a bunch of different dealerships were one thing I could say about this dealership. It is the best one I’ve been to in 20 years. I recently traded a leased Nissan for a new one. I asked the salesman if I would get a bill from the leasing company for excess miles. He said NO. Well I did get a bill and no one from the dealership will even discuss it. I went to the dealer and they said a manager will be with me. After two hours I asked where he was. They responded that he got busy. No response to emails, calls or visits.
Had an amazing experience with service agent Pete, he was very attentive and helpful from the first phone call to the moment I picked up my car. I was worried I would be without a car and he helped my to get my car back to me in no more than a week. Very good at what he does. Also, my service technician Jay car is running great. Will be back to this Nissan dealership if I have any other problems.
