Photos taken during this event will be made available for personal download and enjoyment. These images will not be used for promotional or marketing purposes by Southern 441 Nissan.

Permission to Photograph:

I grant permission for my photograph and/or those of my minor children, taken during the Santa Gift Event, to be captured and made available for download.

No Compensation:

I acknowledge that I will not receive any compensation for the photographs taken at the event.

Withdrawal of Consent:

I understand that I can withdraw my consent at any time by contacting Southern 441 Nissan in writing. This will result in the removal of my images from the download platform.
